The Sales Supervisor should support the General Manager, Showroom Manager and Assistant Manager in the day to day running of the shop. They will support a motivated and focused sales team through example, attitude and assistance with their training and development. Emphasis on themselves and their team achieving weekly, monthly, annual and brand targets. They will provide assistance to Sales Consultants to develop their knowledge of Product and Customer Service leading by example in the process. They will also make sure that the Sales Consultants are performing to a high standard and highlighting any areas of development.More information
